What is included in a Giving Box?


Each Giving Box will include a donation to the selected charity in the recipient’s name, a personalized note expressing why they donated, and a $20 gift card from a popular retailer selected by the giver, all professionally wrapped as a present!


In what ways can I personalize my box?
You can customize everything in your box, from the choice of charity, donation amount, note, and, selection of packaging, and gift card!


How do your boxes ship? 
All of our gift boxes are shipped in our mailer box. When the recipient opens up the mailer box, the gifts will be inside.


Where do you ship?
We ship to all states in the US! Shipping times may vary depending on the delivery destination. 


How long will it take for my box to arrive?
We are currently operating at 2-3 business days. This is our turn-around time, the time that it takes to make each gift box. This does not include shipping. Shipping times for Boxes vary depending on where you are shipping to in the US. Depending on the delivery location, all 
personalized orders are delivered within 2-3 days using our priority shipping. Overnight delivery is an option at an extra cost. Due to COVID, there could be delays on delivery.

 

Can I get a refund?
Since this gift primarily consists of a donation to charity, we do not offer any refunds.

At The Giving Box we accept all major credit card companies including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.


How do I know my donation has been made?
You will receive confirmation from us (sent from the charity) that the donation was made.
